Wellness Department

Private Care Department:

        Certified Home Health Aides or C.N.A     

(CNA's may download and print the State application, and bring it to the office when applying in person.)

Visiting Nurse Department:

            Full time and Part Time RN.   - Two years nursing experience with some home health experience  desired. Benefit package with health insurance option available with full time position. Part time position offers flexible scheduling and is a pay per visit position. This is a skilled nursing home health program that provides services to those in need without financial resources.

This is a nonmedicare agency. We are the only free standing not for profit home health agency in the state of Oklahoma.
